Hi Bob - I have sat through the demos etc. I think maybe if you are integrating with biztalk redback may be better, as biztalk is a business integration piece and likes business objects etc.
All the same it will need carefull planning to get the best out of the solution, but then again doesnt it always ;) Cheers Symeon.
