I have no idea why they then turned around and referenced SYSCOM, which
is non-existant on any universe system that I have access to.
It's leftover from PR1ME INFORMATION. All the insert files for PRIMOS
and dependent sub-systems were stored in the SYSCOM directory on MFD 0.
So I'd guess that someone forgot to clean up the documentation.
