The server admin can create a mail.php script that includes the URL. <?php include 'http://u2ug.org/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=5&bid=21&; btitle=Main%20Menu&meid=14'; ?>
The only problem there is if a PostNuke code update makes changes to the index.php URL internally. mail.php will stop working. Yes, it's ugly.
