A couple of thoughts. If you do

SELECT FILENAME WITH FIELD = "123""456""479"

does that count as multiple WITHs?

You could setup a dict item that looks at a certain position in the field
then select on that.
    D3 UD/U2
FIELD.NAME FIELD.NAME
1 A 1 I
2 0 2 @ID[3,1]
3 3
4 4
5 5 1L
6 6 S
7
8 T3,1
R
1

SELECT FILENAME WITH FIELD.NAME = "1"

Will get all the items that have a 1 in the 3rd position of the ID
