Has anyone had any problems with the licenses on the latest Personal
Edition.
I can load the software and logon, but no licenses are activated. There
should be at least one.

You may have found this out already...? I had a similar problem when I first
installed the PE version. I installed and logged in, but it kept telling me
my licence was invalid. (uvconfig showed an expiry date in the past).
However, when I rebooted the system the expiry date moved to a month ahead
of the current date and everything else seemed ok (well, as far as I could
tell).
I can only surmise that the expiry date is dynamically set at boot-up... and
will probably always be a month hence?
Hopefully, it's the same issue with yourself?
