Bill, You need to put a space after the asterisk to designate a comment in a paragraph - that is "* This is a comment" works, but "*This is a comment" doesn't. If you don't put a space after the asterisk, then UniVerse thinks you're calling a globally-cataloged program directly, and you'll usually get an error since that "program" doesn't exist. If I recall correctly, being able to directly call a globally-cataloged program from the command line is a feature that came from Prime Information.

The '*' in the first character position seems to work sometimes. Is there a way to do a comment in a paragraph? --Bill ------- u2-users mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe please visit http://listserver.u2ug.org/ ------- u2-users mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe please visit http://listserver.u2ug.org/
