Sure - search for something at that URL , say something like "universe .net", get the list of applicable docs, try to access one of the docs, get a login. I even have a var supplied login that lets me search for 'restricted' items only to ask for a more restrictive login - WTF ????
I hear the VAR argument, but who cares? That's like making all automobile specs beyond top secret to protect the dealers - sheesh. Is IBM more interested in keeping 100 VARs happy at the risk of losing 1000s of potential customers ? Seriously, UV's one hugely super big advantage is - "Do It Yourself" !!!!! Of course if you can't get your hands on the required docs that goes straight down the drain. My personal experience with uv vars is that their learning curve stopped somewhere around 1979 and it really really really shows.
