Strange. You actually need to install Dynamic Connect to use UniDebugger. With Wintgrate you may not need to, but it seems to be a bit of overkill just for UniDebugger.
I'd make sure that Dynamic Connect won't work for you before buying Wintegrate. If you already have then please disregard....
