Agreed. When we first asked for enhancement requests, the simple fact was that many of them were for features that were already in the products, but people didn't realize they were there or how to get at them. So it became a question of working out what was a real enhancement request and what could be resolved with a little assistance, which fits well with the purpose of this list.
Also, enhancement requests may directly grow out of these list discussions. If a technical issue raised here is not resolved, there may be a case for 'graduating' it to an enhancement request, and the B&B committee can jump on it and try to assemble a business case.. If the B&B format is to work for all of us, the key thing will be to qualify requests. That means technical input, for which this list is simply the best resource we have.
