Hi Will, If you are referring to the package developed in Australia by Clegg Driscoll (later Sanderson CDC) the rights are now held by Meier Busuiness Systems in Melbourne.
There is no "knowledge base" other than the included documentation (which is not bad in most areas). I was part of the development team, and I still support two sites in Sydney, so maybe I can help.
