I know when I was living in an RPG world in a previous life, you could
take a pre-test for the IBM RPG's certification. Does anyone know if
they have that available for U2? If so, you could have them take the
pre-test. After identifying any weak spots, have Kevin at Precision
Solutions whip you up a course just on what they need. He was fantastic
working with me to identify my needs, and then creating a course with
just the content I needed. After emails back and forth discussing
certain aspects, he was able to condense several courses into one. In
this day and age where time is so valuable, it was a Godsend. He is
reasonably priced also!!

I am sure Jon's courses are great also. I simply have not experienced
any of his training. He does write great books...I do know that!!
PICK: A Basic Programmer's Guide helped me get my start in my new world.

Getting certified is simply a matter of taking the exam. No prerequisite

training is required.
