Brian Any PHANTOM that opens a Socket is a license consumer - it's not a bug, it was intentional (see iPHANTOMS).

Also the iPhantom hit me - any program or subroutine called through a UO session that opened a socket was incorrectly being considered a phantom and so took an extra iPhantom licence. And there's always the old issue of people closing terminal emulator windows without logging off.
