I'm posting this on behalf of a friend in Texas who is contemplating a CRM package embedded in a "black box" along with other pieces such as name and address cleansing/certification. He would like to acquire some UniVerse-based CRM software that can be adapted to suit this purpose, if a suitable suite exists. Don't worry about the data quality pieces, he already has those.
