Try Ebay to locate the whole Adds terminals that have the RJ-11 keyboards.
Yes, you'll win the auction for the CRT and the keyboard but you can do what
I sometimes do in this case. Win the auction then negotiate the shipping
down for just the keyboard and have the seller keep the CRT. They think that
they got a good deal selling just the keyboard for the cost of both but you
don't have to dispose of another CRT.

I've done this for Wyse-50's having the metal circle around the connector or
not.
