Adrian, Take a look at VT220.IKBIND in SYS.TERMINALS, fields 22 to 103 are the keystrokes produced by a standard VT220 terminal.
It's not clear from your email what you are trying to do but this file is only used in conjunction with !EDIT.INPUT to cause it to beep rather than exiting when certain keys are pressed (it's not as good as the PI/Open version).
