Ron,

  Postscript and EPS images provide the highest quality and most flexibility
IMO. If your printers are capable of Postscript level 1, then you may want
to consider migrating to it. There are many more tools available for PS
content than PCL or HPGL, especially on *nix flavors. If you want help or
guidance, let me know. I'm considering moonlighting after hours and on
weekends for low fees. With twins coming soon, I need all the extra cash I
can get right now!
