Sorry, I realize this is slightly OT, but I know a lot of other U2 users
also use Accuterm.  We're running UV 10.1.4 on RH AS 3.0 and are having
a communication hang problem with Accuterm 2K2.  The sessions don't hang
indefinitely, just pause and resume.  I sent the following to Accusoft
support, but thought I'd check here too just in case anyone else has
seen it:

We're using Accuterm 2K2 on a couple of Citrix servers and a handful of
desktops, and have been experiencing signifigant communication hangs for
the past couple of weeks.  We see this on both SSH and telnet
connections.  The Citrix servers are running W2K3 SP1 and the desktops
are XP Pro SP2.  The Citrix servers are on the same subnet as the target
host.  The host has a gigabit NIC, one of the Citrix servers is running
at gigabit speed, and the other is set too 100FDX.  When the Citrix
users see a hang, their other desktop applications are still functioning
normally, so it is clear this is a communication issue between the 2
servers, not the Citrix server and thin client.  The desktop clients are
connecting to the host accross a T1.  

After surveying a few knowledgeable users (IT people), it seems this
hanging has been happening for a long time, but has become more severe
recently.  It's possible it's been happening to some degree since we
installed 2K2.

Interestingly, a couple of us (myself included), are still using the
older Accuterm 2K and never experience this problem.  Also, users that
telnet in using a dumb terminal / terminal server combination accross
the WAN don't report problems.  This problem appears specific to the 2K2
version.  Are there any known issues with 2K2 and any Windows updates
that might cause this?  Or are there any known issues with 2K2 and
specific gigabit NICs?
