On Unix you should have created a specific user ID to administer RedBack/WebDE - on Windows it runs as a service so - yes, it's the user i0. I *think* it's "system" on Windows but won't swear to that - fairly easy to check.
The user is a non-interactive user but watch you don't trip up on PHANTOMs as well. Those are non-interactive processes but not RedBack responders.
