Maybe I read the job description wrong, but it seems that you are searching for one person to do just about everything that is involved with keeping a system running. Administration, design, DEVELOPMENT, and the ability to work all hours, not to mention having time to 'fluidly' communicate with probably department heads etc. My $.02. j
