In the MV market someone with 2+ years of the right indepth experience could be considered an expert, so they're not looking for a job, they're now a Consultant. This is another reason why it's tough to harness full-time talent - employers rarely pay what MV people "think" they can get in the open market. My advice: Don't quit your day job.
