Hi Susan. To create a DIR level file (type 1 or 19) at TCL, enter:
CREATE.FILE MYFILE 1,1 1,1,19The first 1,1 will create a standard Type 18 dictionary file and the 1,1,19 will create a Type 19 data file. To create a Type 1, change the 19 accordingly.
