So what you are saying is that a shop like ours that has over the years developed everything in-house and the applications are specifically geared to our business and can be changed as our business changes is out of luck when it comes to getting into the knowledgebase. Just because we don't buy an application from anyone we are excluded from something that might help us build it better and faster.
