I lost a 100 user Microdata client to SAP in 1994. The client spent around
$5M US to implement SAP over the course of 4 years and then was bought out a
year later. I don't feel their pain.

I lost a 60 user UD client to Great Plains 3 years ago and they still
haven't replaced the all functionality that was on their UD system.
