Hello Sarah, The SOAP Server is installed with the U2 Web Services Developer tool, i.e. it is bundled with it. At present they are not intended to be on separate machines. However, IBM offers both a Linux and a Windows version of the tool (Linux needs a GUI desktop like Gnome or KDE to run the tool).
