Hi, Yes, I use the VMWARE with uv-linux and uv-windows on different vm but only for development, training, demo, test and db convertion. I have linux host for dev and training session and windows-XP host (my workstation) for dev - test - demo - db convertion. Not on production with many users. It works good, the performance depends on ram allocate to vm and host power - A linux host seems more powerful like a windows host.
