It is in the Package menu. You need to make sure that there is a .unishared file in the root directory that points to a directory somewhere. I believe there also needs to be an entry in your /etc/service file for the uvrpc service. You can also start up the RPC daemon manually and in debug mode. The output from the logfile is very useful in tracking down problems. The command is unirpcd -d9.
