Hi Eric, I really appreciated the effort! And it did point me to a book that I should check-out.
This just opens an old wound for me regarding U2 information. I've read similar discussions on this listserv in the past. My purpose for asking my question was not to rehash the subject. I just didn't remember this particular book being mentioned before and when I went looking for it, I couldn't find any available copies. And to hear it referenced in such high praise made me want to get a copy to check it out myself.
