One other item: in managing development, testing, and production accounts, I've found it easier to use "relative Q-pointers" in the software. So instead setting the Q-pointer:

      CUSTOMERS
0001: Q
0002: AR
0003: CUSTOMERS

set it up to use a relative pathname:

      CUSTOMERS
0001: Q
0002: ../AR
0003: CUSTOMERS

Every developer can maintain their own unique directory with their own copy of the account(s) they need, without having to setup a "STEVE.AR", "BOB.AR", or "JIM.AR" account.
