Roger, First of all, that doesn't look like a type 30 file to me.

That's a file - at version 10 a type 30 file is a directory at the OS level, so I would expect to see something like drwxrwxrwx for the permissions, and inside the directory there should be a DATA.30 and an OVER.30 file. Next, if uvfixfile won't touch it, what is the output from fixtool? HTH.
