I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I haven't found a definitive answer anywhere including the manuals.
I'm still in the process of converting a D3 application to Universe and I've T-Dumped a bunch of file dictionaries to a VTF and now I just want to be able to T-LOAD them into the Universe Account. I've tried setting the device to the VTF but it won't read the file. What am I missing? I would appreciate any comments that you are willing to share. Thanks for your help.
