I've found an issue was with the launch from 'command line'. It appears UniVerse was installed such that as a 'normal' user I get this message:
C:\uvaccount>uv STARTPROGRAM A fatal error has occurred in uniVerse Unable to create or attach the Printer Segment C:\uvaccount> What permissions am I looking to correct in Windows? We must have some piece of UniVerse installed such that only 'admins' can execute a UniVerse shell/command... I can telnet in without issue, but I cannot launch from a command line.
