It's something else. you've probably exceeded the available memory (RAM) for that user.
Now, the question is "why"? 200Mb isn't all that much, so I'd look to see if there was a problem with that record's structure, insofar as UV is concerned. Of course, you'll probably get the same error when you try to load it into the editor. You might try explicitly writing an end of item mark at the end, and you also may try making sure that no control characters are in the data; you may want to strip out everything above an ascii 126 & below a 250, unless you need them for some reason.
