David:
IBM altered the credential process. It used to be that you had to enter one
set of credentials to access U2Connect then another to access U2Business
Connect. Recently, within the last month, IBM simplified this to just enter
your IBM profile id and password. You'll need to create a new password (I
think) and maybe enter a few pieces of other information.
I can get in with no problem so, considering my utter lack of luck in these
matters, I suspect anyone else can do it too. Try the following page:

   HTH,
   Bill

Is anyone else finding it themselved locked out of U2TechConnect now? It
shows I'm all set up correctly, but I cannot access entitlements -- If it's
just me then I'll contact U2BC - but since this is a 'new setup', well, I'm
wondering if I'm the only one!

I cannot access this article... Gives me an error on use of my 'real' IBM
credentials. I linked my TechConnect and 'real' IBM ID weeks ago in
preparation for this switch...
