The other option apart from fnuxi is using uvbackup/uvrestore which
automatically does the conversion.
Also note, that whichever way you try to convert, if you have files with
triggers they will not convert (Thanks IBM). You need to either drop the
trigger during the backup (not a great idea on a production system) or
hex-edit the file header at the target ("shed" is an excellent utility
for this.).
