If you want to write an xsd then i would use an xsd authoring tool or just plain old notepad
If you want to generate an xsd from an xml then again there are authoring tools that will do this (including visual studio) - there is no function in databasic to do this ( i don't think i may be wrong tho ...). However you can get the sql select , uniquery list command or the unibasic XMLEXECUTE commands to generate a DTD for the xml they produce.
