Gary,

Good points.

NO ONE gets any income with these funds. They are strictly for expenses.

I am already a retired law enforcement person. I have retirement income.

I am not greedy. I know that this kind of sharing is desperately needed in our
country and all the other countries as well.

The first system is essentially proof of concept. We have done it in the 90's
so we know what to do and what NOT to do.

The first system (USA) is also a principally near a 100% donation from
all parties. An amazing list of vendors have graciously agreed in
principle to donate. There will be one large server per country. All
subsequent systems will be funded by their respective countries.

When this system goes into production then certain proven people, from the
gracious volunteers, will
be paid as consultants for projects around the world on a continuing
basis.

Most people will be able to work from home. Others will have from
little travel to significant travel as needed should they so accept.

We have dozens of volunteers from law enforcement, and from the technical
professionals.

Interesting also is the fact that other database engine suggestions have come
up. We know what works and we are sticking to it.

A few of our goals include a world wide system and the massive use of MV in
multiple languages.

BTW, the proposed Board of Directors includes many high level, professional and
elected officials. These people will guide us in doing the best possible job we
can do.

Hope that you will be one of our many volunteers.

Bob

This is the MV problem. Bobby gets the FUNDS $$ and then expects FREE

help.

If he knew how to submit a grant proposal he would have include at least
2,000 hours in development at $120/hour and another 500 hours in
training at $100/hour plus the cost of O/S and MV licensing and hardware
costs.

And yes, a NON-Profit is another way to say "my personal retirement
fund".
