Tony Gravagno would put an <AD> around it, but I've had great luck with his NebulaXLite product. You populate a dynamic array, call Tony's routine, and you get an Excel 2003 XML document with whatever formatting you want. He even has a program to generate Basic code from any existing spreadsheet to get you started.
