1) Check your UniData release - there have been fixes (release notes on the
U2 product matrix)

2) Allocate more memory O/S and udtconfig

3) Check if you are performing a recursive allocation of memory - you should
exhaust / remove any previously used data sets (if any).

It would be worth monitoring the memory of the process as it grows and see
if you hit a "magic number" when looking at your maximum permitted memory
size. Unless your data set is VERY large this is often the case,

I suspect this should be elevated to IBM support -- sounds like you have a
reproducable error that involves memory management, and there is likely
little you can do to correct that from 'outside'.
