An Agile Anecdote: I was going to try a simple form of XP (Extreme Programming) on a project several years ago. The client loved the idea and agreed to it with few reservations. I knew they just didn't "get it" when the next meeting they asked me to provide them with a Gantt chart showing the iteration milestones and what features would be in each iteration.
