David,
Are you running through a proxy server? If so, what authentication is the
proxy requiring?

Subject: [U2] [UV] createSecureRequest

Hello all,

We have an application to process credit cards from Universe. It connects to
a webservice running locally that connects to the credit card provider.

This process works flawlessly nearly all the time, but on occasion, we fail
to get the completed authorization even though the transaction is complete.
When researching the logs from the request, we find this error (virtual
circuit terminated) from the log created by the createSecureRequest
function.

Has anyone encountered this error that might be able to shed light on a
possible cause? Universe server is running SunOS 5.9 and the Windows server
is running Windows Server 2003

Thanks!
