So you only have a SSH2 problem when using Accuterm? I guess you've asked them for a new release of their SSH2 module/DLL or package? Or at least they're investigating this themselves.
PuTTY offers lots of SSH/SSH2 options for debugging / optimisation / customisation... does Accuterm?
