It's also important to know that Visa has different requirements depending on your transaction volume. Merchants are divided into 4 levels using transaction volume as the criteria. Level 1 is the highest volume and level 4 the lowest. Level 4 requirements are more lenient, and may not be subject to PCI requirements. There's a self-assessment questionnaire available here:
