Still, good ideas, but how many would like
their Pocket Guide to be the size of a normal
book, versus 3-3/4"x6"?

If that's what you want, look for the 
"Desk Reference Edition" of the Pick
Pocket Guide, which we produced as
part of "The Pick Library" from Tab
Books, Inc, a division of McMillan.

It has the same content as the Fifth
Edition of the spiral bound one.
