Thanks Charles I can man-handle the user through the login (in RAID) with this problem ID and everything works as expected. So the user is able to 'sudo'.
The question is why the user.id changes for one user (to 'root') but not for others (which remain as their own login Id's). You might doublecheck your man pages for HP-UX and the user's setup. > For one user this is not working but I cannot spot any difference in his > setup from anyone else's. > Charles Shaffer Senior Analyst NTN-Bower Corporation _______________________________________________ U2-Users mailing list [email protected] http://listserver.u2ug.org/mailman/listinfo/u2-users _______________________________________________ U2-Users mailing list [email protected] http://listserver.u2ug.org/mailman/listinfo/u2-users
