We have been using PrepareXML (UV 10.0 HP-UX 11.11) etc in a BASIC program successfully for several years processing a file, but now also need to extract XML from a Web response gained from an HTTP submitRequest. This will of course appear in a variable, but PrepareXML seems to require the XML document to be in a physical file. Is there any way to persuade PrepareXML to use a variable instead of a file ??
