I am pleased to announce that version 7.40 of Cedarville Download is 
now available at ftp.cedarville.edu.  

Download is a program which uses LIST-style syntax to extract
data from Unidata and Universe tables.  Output formats include
CSV, tab-delimited, HTML, and XML.

Here is a list of changes made in this version.

*   Add 'P' literal option (inserts a form feed in the output)
*   Allow @RECORD to select DICT.DICT using TYPE in addition to TYP
*   Produce error message if multiple BY.EXP are specified
*   Change error message 'too many output records' to 'too many
*       output record types'
*   Rework minor logic in comma-quote section of DOWNLOAD.PROCESS.
*   Add CSV as an alternate method for specifying QUOTE format.
*   Add XML.EMPTY.ELEMENTS qualifier
*   Add XML.SUPPRESS.NULLS qualifier
*   Command-line options to insert text in XML documents at two
*       locations
*           XML.TOP     inserts text just prior to the XML data
*           XML.BOTTOM  inserts text just after the XML data
*   Account-based option to allow compiling EVAL expressions
*   Account-based option to force logging of all DOWNLOAD activity
*   Account-based option to force calling a security subroutine
*       whenever DOWNLOAD is invoked
