Hi Baruch:

If I remember you are running 4.1.3 or something close to that. Our
customers would experience stops all of the time. I increased the log level
and produced a lot of data but never got it resolved. I even upgraded them
to then current release and still nothing but problems. All of our clients
became adept at restarting RedBack all of the time which is not a good
situation for them or us as VAR.

I have since moved off of RedBack taking our code and moving to U2WebLink
and Apache Tomcat. All of our clients have moved to our middleware except
two.

If you are interested give me a call or email me direct for more information
about our middlewareU2WebLink has full access to AJAX and we can easily do
READV, READ, WRITE, AND WRITEV from JavaScript rather than always writing a
subroutine or method in RedBack vernacular. U2WebLink now support 8
different skin colors and runs on IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and the iPad.

Regards,
Doug

Subject: [U2] RedBack Scheduler

Is anyone experiencing problems with the RedBack Scheduler after resolving
all the warning messages in the rgw log file? Does the Scheduler stop for
some unknown reason? If so, please describe what system you're running and
how often this happens.

Baruch
