I think we are all smart enough to know that we should go to the web site if we what more information. I think we also know what links are and where we can post additional information. I think that those of you who are have problems with U2logic software, whether installation help or general support, know how to get hold of our staff. I received a support call around 6 am this morning. I think everybody knows how to find us. Sometimes in life you have to let things go and not put your 2 cents in, really! For anyone concerned about inability to post images, code, or other files to forums: There are any number of free services available where you can post pictures (or files of any kind) and then just provide a link in email and forums. In this case I'd guess that Doug would rather have a closer contact with anyone wanting to use his software.
