Thank you for all the suggestions. I do appreciate them. I've tried the "cmd.exe" and "EXECUTE STMT" options and they both appear to run the batch file, but it looks as if something is preventing the app within the batch file from processing... which seems strange since the app runs if the batch file is triggered directly from Windows Explorer.
The app is Print Wizard 4. I've been able to use the DOS command from UniVerse on a 2003 Server system. The failure is occurring on a W2K machine.
