You are missing a file in the sys account called UD.ACCOUNT.  There is a
tech note for BDT on that problem.

Using unidata 7.1, testing U2 DataVu Query, established and tested
connection successfully, but unable to have any data files displayed to
select via the Create New U2 Query.  I was able to view files and create U2
Query when I use the DEMO account.   Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
